Program description

Kite is a text-based (SMS) health assistant operated by Grounding LLC. After you opt in, you receive automated and AI-generated conversational replies to the messages you send and any reminders you ask for (such as appointment or medication reminders).

How to opt in

Opt in by texting Kite first — the “Text Kite” buttons on our site open Messages with a hello ready to send, Kite replies with these program terms, and you reply YES to confirm you are 18+ and agree. You can also opt in by entering your mobile number and checking the consent box on our sign-up page (some flows also confirm a verification code we text you). Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies and depends on how you interact with the service.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply, according to the terms of your mobile carrier plan.

Opt out and help

Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe from all messages. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at support@grounding.dev.
